A Note to You about Me (and fees):  I love what I do, and I wish I could afford to do it for donations only!  However, no matter how much we enjoy our 'work', we all have bills to pay.

I felt called to become ordained in 2002 while living in Cambria on the central coast of California.  Since then I have performed over 200 marrriages, vow renewals and commitment ceremonies. 

I work hard to make sure your ceremony is all you want it to be from my end, and I do feel my services are valuable.  The key to a good ceremony is in the preparation beforehand.  That makes the actual ceremony seem effortless to your guests.  I believe you will think so, too, by the time your services are completed.  Therefore, you may find my fees slightly higher than other Officiants/Ministers initially; but I think when all is said and done, you will feel you really got your money's worth.  I quote each ceremony individually after speaking with you long enough to find out what will make the day special for YOU, what YOUR ideas are.  If you're unsure, I can make suggestions after finding out more about your beliefs and lifestyle.  I want this to be a joyful experience for both of you!  But, to give you some idea, my fees range from $150 to $1,000, depending on location and complexity.  Most Wedding Ceremonies fall into the $300-$500 range including all the options most couples choose (e.g. Sand-blending, digital photos).  There is never an additional charge for any equipment necessary to a booked ritual, such as the covered table and candles in a Unity Candle ceremony.
 
As beautifully simple as me, the witnesses (if required), and the two of you with our bare feet in the sand; or as elegant as having a decorated Wedding Arch, complete with a covered Guestbook table, Hand-fasting ribbons, Unity Vase with Sands for Sand-blending; Wine-sharing Chalices, Unity Candle and Blessing Water--it's YOUR Ceremony--YOUR option!  Let's talk!   505-894-7591 or 505-740-3889  Oh yes, I often am booked for ceremonies as much as 4 hours away from Truth or Consequences, for couples who realize it's not ALL about the reception--it's also worth it to make sure your Officiant will deliver superior service to make your CEREMONY as special as the rest of the day. 

By the way, New Mexico's marriage licenses never expire, can be used anywhere in the state, and require two witnesses (which I can provide with prior arrangement).
